Overview

The Products page shows your entire Shopify product catalog synced into Panelque. From here you can drill into individual products and variants, view stock levels, and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) components.

Products Dashboard

Key metrics at the top of the page:

  • Warehouses - Number of active warehouse locations
  • Products - Number of active products with stock tracking
  • Variants - Total product variants across all products
  • Stock - Total units in stock across all warehouses

Product Listing

A searchable, paginated table showing each product with:

  • Product name (click to open the product detail page)
  • Number of variants
  • Number of BOM components assigned

Use the search bar to find products by name, or filter by tag. Select products individually or all at once for bulk operations.

The sort button next to the search bar orders the table by A-Z, Recently added (newest first, by the product’s creation date in Shopify), or BOM components (most components first — a quick way to find products that still have none). Sorting returns you to the first page and keeps any search or tag filter in place.

Bulk BOM

When you need to assign the same components to many variants at once:

  1. Select one or more products from the list
  2. Click Bulk BOM
  3. Pick specific variants within those products
  4. Choose a component to add to all selected variants
  5. Components are added with a default quantity of 1

Duplicates are skipped automatically. This is especially useful when setting up BOM for the first time across a large catalog.

Print QR

Prints a QR label for each variant, sized for the same label roll as the barcode labels (57mm × 23mm).

  1. Select one or more products from the list
  2. Click Print QR
  3. Untick any variants you don’t need – all of them start selected
  4. Choose what appears beside the code: product name, variant, SKU, price, short link
  5. Click Print

Scanning a label opens that exact variant on your store. The code points at a short panelque.com/r/… link that forwards to your storefront, so every scan is counted and you can see which labels get used. A variant keeps the same link forever – reprinting doesn’t reset its history.

Products that haven’t finished syncing from Shopify have no storefront address yet, so they’re skipped with a note on the print page and start working after the next sync.

Where to see the scans

  • Product detail page – each variant shows its scan count and when it was last scanned, as soon as a label has been printed for it.
  • Analytics > Marketing – total scans for the selected date range and the busiest labels, so you can compare periods.

Product Detail Page

Shows all variants for a single product as cards. Each card displays:

  • Variant image (or placeholder)
  • Option values (size, color, etc.) as badges
  • SKU and price
  • Stock quantity across warehouses
  • Link to the variant’s detail page

A sidebar shows the product title, status (active or archived), variant count, total stock, times sold, times returned, and a link to the product in Shopify admin.

Times sold and Times returned are clickable: each opens Customers filtered to the people who bought — or returned — this product.

Variant Detail Page

Drilling into a specific variant, you’ll see:

  • Stock by warehouse - Current quantity in each location
  • BOM components - The components that make up this variant, with quantities and costs
  • Movement history - A paginated log of all stock movements for this variant, with the option to revert individual movements

From here you can add or remove BOM components and create stock movements directly.

The sidebar’s Times sold and Times returned link to Customers filtered to this variant alone, rather than the whole product.
