A QR code you create under Settings > QR codes opens a page of your choosing – your opening hours, a collection, a campaign landing page. Unlike the per-product codes you get from Print QR on the Products page, you decide both where it points and what it's called.
The name is the point of the feature. Name each code after the spot you put it up in – "Shop door", "Counter", "Parcel insert" – and every scan is counted against that spot, so you can tell which one people actually use.
https://yourstore.com/pages/opening-hoursThe code is live straight away. https:// is assumed if you leave it off.
Each row's ⋯ menu offers:
Create one code per spot, even when two of them open the same page. Each gets its own link and its own count, which is the only way to compare a code by the door against one on the counter.
Each row also shows its running total and the time of the last scan.
Edit changes the name or the page address without touching the printed code or its history – useful when a campaign page moves and the sticker is already on the door.
Delete removes the code and its recorded scans. Anything already printed stops working, so only delete codes you've taken back down.
A scan stores the time, the rough device type, the country it came from and the referrer. Visitors' IP addresses are never stored.
