Apaczka parcels now track themselves

When a customer picks Apaczka at checkout, Shopify records the fulfillment with the carrier set to "Other". Not Apaczka, not the courier that actually carries the box – just Other, and a tracking link. In Panelque that parcel sat in the Active shipments list with a number and a Pending badge that never changed. To find out where it was, you clicked through to apaczka.pl and read it yourself.

Now Panelque follows those too.

Same list, same history

Apaczka parcels update themselves alongside InPost and Poczta Polska: the same Active shipments table on the dashboard, the same status on the order, the same Tracking history when you click a shipment. The history shows every event Apaczka reports – the courier's own description of each scan and the city it happened in – all the way to delivery.

It doesn't matter which courier Apaczka handed the parcel to. DPD, InPost, Orlen Paczka, DHL – the shipment shows up the same way, and the tracking link opens Apaczka's own page for it.

Notify me works exactly as it does for any other parcel: open the history, switch it on, and each status change reaches you by email or Telegram until the parcel is delivered. Ignore shipment still clears a parcel that will never resolve.

Already-shipped parcels count too

Nothing to redo. Apaczka shipments already in your store – including the ones Shopify filed under Other months ago – are picked up as well. Parcels delivered long ago get their history filled in and are marked delivered; parcels still on the road keep updating.

One honest gap

The notes Panelque raises when a parcel goes wrong – returned, lost, cancelled – are still InPost only. A returning Apaczka parcel keeps updating in the list rather than raising a note. That comes once we've watched a few go back.

Why bother with one more carrier

Because every parcel we couldn't follow was a hole in the data that matters most: when the customer actually got the box, and how long until they came back for another. Apaczka was the biggest hole left in ours. If your store ships with a carrier Panelque still shows as Pending, tell us – the list of carriers we follow is written by what shows up at checkout.
