TV Screen

Overview

The TV Screen feature turns any browser into a live sales dashboard. Put it on a TV in your warehouse, office, or retail space to keep your team informed about incoming orders and revenue in real time.

Setting Up

  1. Open the TV URL on the screen you want to use – a unique pairing code will be displayed
  2. In the Panelque app, go to Settings > TV Screen
  3. Enter the pairing code to link the screen to your shop
  4. Once paired, the TV immediately starts showing live metrics

Each TV screen remembers its pairing, so it will reconnect automatically if the page is refreshed.

What the TV Shows

Once linked, the display shows cards with animated backgrounds. You can configure which cards appear on each screen:

  • Orders count (last 24h) - Number of orders received in the last 24 hours
  • Items ordered (last 24h) - Total quantity of items across today’s orders, net of refunded items
  • Revenue (last 24h) - Total revenue from the last 24 hours in your shop’s currency
  • Last orders - A live feed of the most recent orders
  • Active shipments - Number of shipments currently in transit
  • Unfulfilled orders - Number of paid orders still waiting to be fulfilled
  • Unfulfilled items - Total quantity of items still to fulfill across paid orders
  • Unresolved notes - A live list of staff notes not yet resolved

All values update instantly as new orders come in. Orders older than 24 hours drop off the display automatically.

Managing TV Screens

From Settings > TV Screen you can:

  • View all connected TV screens with their pairing codes and last-seen timestamps
  • Pair new screens by entering their code
  • Configure which cards each screen displays
  • Detach screens you no longer need

Installing as an App

The TV dashboard is a progressive web app (PWA). On Android TV, tablets, and desktop browsers that support it, you can install it as a standalone app: open the TV URL and choose Install app (or Add to Home Screen) from the browser menu. The installed app launches full screen directly into the dashboard, with no browser bars around it.

Tips

  • Use a dedicated browser tab in full-screen mode for the cleanest display, or install it as an app for a permanent setup
  • The layout is responsive and scales to any screen size – works on tablets too
  • If a TV loses connection it will attempt to reconnect automatically
