We are Marie and Michael, the people behind the Panelque – an inventory management app that helps businesses manage stock, control expenses, and streamline daily operations.

We live in Poland, where we are raising our son and growing our projects. Panelque is one of them.

Our e-commerce journey started in 2019 when we launched our first shop on the last day of our honeymoon. It was a simple Django application built quickly, and it served us well for two years.Later, we moved to Shopify and spent several years growing our made-to-order shop, Something Special, to the point where inventory control became critical.

One of Marie’s recent quotes perfectly describes how the app helps:

At the beginning of 2025, nights were sleepless, and although growth was possible, it was also very painful. The apps available on the market were either unfriendly or overly complicated. At some point inventory management was handled in Notion. Existing solutions failed to help us properly manage stock and control inventory.

That’s when Panelque was born.

It took almost a year to develop, test, fix issues, polish, and finally release it to the public. During all that time, even as a custom internal application, it helped us manage and grow our shop. We use the app every day and continuously improve it based on our own needs and experience.

Now we want to share that experience with others and help businesses facing similar challenges. We are open to new ideas and always ready to help.
